Hello! My name is Erica, and I’m a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 6 months to 108 years old in both hospital and outpatient settings. My work has focused on individuals with developmental delays, communication disorders, and acquired brain injuries. I received my Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and my Master of Science from Emerson College, focusing on communication Sciences and Disorders.

After 10 years of clinical practice, I’ve shifted into consulting. Through EJT Communication, I now offer my expertise to support projects in media, education, and healthcare, with a focus on speech, language, communication, and development. My goal is to blend my clinical background with my passions—film, storytelling, and authentic dialogue—to help others create content and environments that are engaging, accessible, and impactful.
